End Allergies Together holds event for food allergy research

"End Allergies Together (E.A.T.), a nonprofit organization that funds research for food allergies and finding a cure, will host its second annual fund-raising event, “An Evening to EAT,” on Thursday, April 27, from 6-10 p.m., at l’escale restaurant in the Delamar Hotel in Greenwich.

Robert and Merrill Debbs of West Palm Beach, Fla. will be honored with the Courage Award for starting the nonprofit Red Sneakers for Oakley. This fund-raising event includes cocktails, dinner, live auction and entertainment. Dr. Wayne Shreffler of MassGeneral Hospital for Children will speak about food allergy research. Stand-up comedian and Harvard summa cum laude graduate Harrison Greenbaum, who has been featured on NBC’s Last Comic Standing, will perform."
