Exercise-Induced Anaphylaxis (EIA) is a rare condition in which an allergic reaction is triggered by physical activity, leading to the onset of anaphylaxis. Then there is FDEIA (food-dependent, exercise-induced anaphylaxis), where the combined ingestion of food and exercise are necessary to precipitate symptoms. So, what can you do when you start to feel the early symptoms of exercise-induced anaphylaxis? Follow these 3 important steps:
1️⃣ STOP EXERCISE IMMEDIATELY
